James Carter, CSC, director of photography for Hawaii Five-0, remotely adjusts the camera exposure during a recent shoot of the television show. Inside the tent, Carter works with a digital imaging technician to add contrast to the raw, flat image and give the show its signature, saturated look. He is able to adjust the exposure on his own under the tent without directing the rest of the crew and cameramen; this helps when a cloud dampens an otherwise sunny day.

Alex O’Loughlin to fight Chuck Liddell on ‘Hawaii Five-0’ via EW #H50 206

Hawaii Five-0‘s Steve McGarrett has likely met his match: The leader of the Five-0 team is going to face off against Chuck Liddell.

The former top MMA fighter will flex some acting muscles in an episode this fall playing himself as he fights Alex O’Loughlin’s crime-buster in a charity match.

Liddell has previously appeared in an episode of Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior, and he was a former contestant on Dancing With the Stars. Hawaii has been bulking up on the guest stars this season, including Lost‘s Terry O’Quinn and Freddy Kruger himself, Robert Englund.
